Damien DePeter is a Senior Wealth Manager with over 20 years of experience in helping people and financial organizations plan their financial futures.

Damien strives to help his clients deal with complex financial decisions. He focuses on providing guidance to corporate employees with concentrated positions in company stock compensation programs and business owners with questions about how to navigate their unique financial decisions.

Prior to Mayflower Advisors, Damien was a Partner and Financial Advisor at UBS, where he received their Wealth Advisor designation, and previously served as a Management Consultant and Business Strategy Consultant to Fortune 500 financial organizations.

Damien graduated from Connecticut College with Honors in Economics. He received the Brown Brooks Award for outstanding student-athletes who best represent the graduating class in scholarship, leadership and sportsmanship. He was recognized as a scholastic All-American, as well as an athletic All-American in lacrosse. Damien lives with his wife and three daughters in Winchester, MA.
