Planning & Client Operations

Craig Fuglestad joined the Mayflower team in June of 2014.  He has over nine years of experience in the financial services industry with a primary focus on operations and client service.

Craig currently serves as Mayflower’s Manager of Operations, overseeing a wide range of operational functions, including transaction processing, compliance, customer support and process improvements.  He collaborates with various relationships across the firm to ensure superior customer service and organizational success.

Craig holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Craig is a dedicated fan of New England’s sports teams.  When not in the office, he enjoys skiing, golfing, traveling, and spending time with his fiancé, friends, and family.
