Executive Leadership

Jonida (Jona) Papajani, CFA®, CAIA®, oversees the investment management and research with Mayflower Advisors. She has over 17 years of experience in helping retirement plans, endowments, foundations, and individual clients to achieve their financial goals.

Jona joined the Mayflower practice in 2017. As Director of Portfolio Management, she is the Chair of the Investment Committee and leads all processes for launching new custom portfolio solutions, monitoring of portfolios and investment research—including ongoing investment due diligence.

Prior to joining Mayflower, Jona worked with Bank of America, State Street Corporation and H&H Investment Advisors, with responsibilities that included portfolio analysis; investment research across different asset classes such as equities, fixed income and alternative investments; quarterly market review and outlooks.

Jona is a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society Boston, CAIA Association and CAIA Chapter, Boston.
